Personal Statement:

My interest in the mind/body/spirit complex led me early in life to the study of healing arts and a career in therapeutic massage and energetic healing.

Like most of us, I’ve always questioned the power of the mind/spirit over matter. What is the nature of spontaneous healing as related to dis-ease? Little did I know when I first embarked on this journey that I would never be “done.” My pursuit extended into meditation, studies in the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, A Course in Miracles, DNA Activation, M.A.P., Hemi-Sync, Reiki and all of the wondrous and powerful energies that support life and affirm our Oneness in Spirit. Somehow I wished I could synthesize all that I had learned into a simplified formula for my clients. And so, in keeping with the Law of Attraction, I was directed to the International Academy of Self- Knowledge (IASK) and a technique called Transformational Meditation™. Much to my surprise, the knowledge and wisdom I gained from training with the Academy seemed to fill in the missing pieces that were keeping me from fulfilling my own heart’s desire.

It became clear to me that the duality of my underlying subconscious thoughts and emotions (which not surprisingly were manifesting physically as well) were preventing me from moving forward with my own life’s purpose. And so, it appears that the next phase of my life includes a commitment to share all that I have received with anyone who seeks transformational change. (See more below.)

I have a private practice in Cary (see www.trianglemassage.com). My services are customized to meet the needs of the individual and include various modalities of massage, energywork and meditation:

Neuromuscular/deep tissue massage relieves chronic pain patterns and elongates the muscle fibers to create more fluidity of movement.
Lymphatic drainage is a light, energetic treatment that encourages the flow of lymph fluid along its natural pathway to drain into the venous system. Detoxifying and great for reducing inflammation of the tissues.
Craniosacral Therapy is another light touch method of balancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal column and cranial vault. Energy “cysts” related to somatic blockages often surface during treatment.
LaStone® is a multifaceted technique designed to balance on all levels of BEing. The therapeutic potential of this treatment goes beyond measure. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven for improving vascular and lymphatic flow. This "vascular gymnastics" of the circulatory system assists the body in self-healing. LaStone® Therapy produces sedative and reenergizing responses to the body. This form of bodywork involves the use of heated basalt and cold marble stones, Geo-Thermo-Therapy (SM), applied to the body in various ways to bring about relief to stiff and sore muscles; resulting in alleviation of chronic and acute problems that many of us deal with on a daily basis. Cold stones are optional if you have an aversion to cold, but they can be refreshing after the use of hot stones and the physiological effects are unbelievable!
Pre/Post Natal: After receiving training as a doula and in hypnobirthing, I worked at an Ob/Gyn clinic, where I discovered a passion for assisting women through pregnancy, labor and delivery.
Reflexology Hot Stone Treatment: Hot stones are used to relax the feet and apply pressure to points related to the meridian lines and internal organs.
Aromatherapy: I love the healing benefits of aromatherapy and encourage customized blends to enhance treatments. You can choose from a variety of high grade, 100% organic essential oils to help you relax, soothe muscular tension, uplift your mood, or assist you in meditation.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that supports you in feeling more connected to life. It is holistic approach to healing (often spontaneous) and best explained by simply receiving a Reiki treatment. You can either experience a Reiki treatment or study how to practice Reiki for yourself. Reiki has a positive affect on all conditions. This includes minor things as well as serious ones. The negative side effects of conventional medical treatments have also been reduced or eliminated in many cases. As a Reiki Master, I offer workshops when I have at least four interested people.

Transformational Meditation™ and what it can do for you

If you’re already aware that you are creating your own reality and feel that you’re not quite manifesting the life that you want, Transformational Meditation™ (TfM) will help you first to establish clarity of purpose. You will be given tools to connect you with your Higher Self and receive Divine guidance. You will learn to identify self-sabotaging thoughts and emotions and clear them quickly before they manifest into unwanted outcomes. It’s my belief that the 28-day program developed by the Academy of Self Knowledge provides the keys to inner peace and freedom and directs you on the path to greater authenticity of Self. The integrity of the Academy is founded on the principles of serving only your highest good; so all work is fully guaranteed.
